30 Minute Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
One of my go to and favorite things to eat is Buffalo Chicken. There are SO many ways you can have buffalo chicken; wings, dip, wrap, sandwich, pizza, grilled, breaded and my new favorite, meatball! Thats right, bite sized delicious, tender chicken meatballs tossed in your favorite buffalo sauce and drizzled with ranch (or bleu cheese)! Some of you may not even want the dressing, but I always love some ranch on mine.
This recipe I found on Pinterest looking for something fun and tasty to take to a friends house. There are two things I did different then the recipe; 1. I left out the carrots, forgot to get them at the store 2. As I baked them I heated hot sauce in my crockpot - this way when they were done baking I could put them in the hot sauce, toss it and keep them warm for the rid over to my friends. It also made it easy as for heating up when I arrived at my friends, as it was only a 10-15 minute drive, so the keep warm setting was perfect for them to stay warm and be served.
Below you will find the recipe and below that is the link to the recipe directly should you find it easier to print/save from there. Also, I wanted to include the link to give credit where it is deserved for this delicious appetizer/meal! That is what else makes it great, its something you can snack on, eat before your dinner or serve for lunch/dinner.
To the left you will see the un-sauced meatballs. I believe they would be just as good if you put barbecue sauce or just about any sauce on them. You could also try giving them a cheesy center by adding a mozzerella pearl on the inside of each one as you form them.
