Parma Rosa Pasta


I was walking around the grocery store and stopped when I saw a picture on a packet of Knorr Parma Rosa sauce mix. I was hesitant, but there was a recipe on the back that made my mouth water, so I had to try it.

I then walked around gathering the cherry tomatoes to slice up for it, the spinach, chicken, and I got some big noodles, but you can you use whatever noodles you like.

I made the sauce as instructed with milk and cream cheese, and cooked the chicken off separately. I then sliced up the tomatoes and chicken and added it to the sauce. Finally I added the cooked noodles and spinach and stirred until everything was well combined. I topped with cheese and served with garlic bread and a tossed ceasar salad with fresh shredded Parmesan cheese.

I will certainly be making this dish again!
