Pot Luck Winning Chicken Enchilada Dip!

1 Bar of Cream Cheese

2 6-8oz Pieces of Cooked, Shredded Chicken

1/2 Cup of Shredded Mixed Cheese

1 15oz Can of Red Enchilada Sauce

1 15oz Can of Black Beans

1 15oz Can of corn (you can use frozen corn too)

1 Cup of Shredded Cheese (save this for topping the dip

1. Combine all ingredients in the crock-pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours stirring occasionally. You will know it is done when all the mixed cheese and cream cheese has melted and if is of the chip dipping consistency.

2. Top the dip with the extra shredded cheese and serve with Tostito scoops or your choice of chip and enjoy! You can always top with more cheese!

3. Optional to add salt, pepper and paprika/Cayenne for taste or a little spice! You can even top with some Jalepenos if you choose!
